Amazingly friendly staff! Wendy, the concierge, is super friendly and goes out of her way to make sure guests are safe and comfortable. Nancy at the reception counter is incredibly helpful, assisting with train tickets and providing valuable advice. The room is clean and spacious, with a nice shower.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities such as a fantastic leisure room with comfortable seating arrangements and a large TV. the service here is impeccable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. the rooms are spacious and well-appointed with luxurious facilities, including a private balcony that offers panoramic views of the city. the catering service is top-notch, and the dining experience in the restaurant is a delight.

The only minor issue that we had was the temperature control in the room. It was either too hot or too cold, and we had to keep adjusting it.

We recently stayed at a hotel for a romantic escape. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The room was clean and had a great shower. We loved that the hotel was located near the city center and offered easy access to restaurants and shopping. there were plenty of amenities available, including a fitness center and spa.

There were a few negative aspects as well. the temperature in our room was difficult to control and the air quality outside was unhealthy.

Recently visited a hotel with friendly staff who went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. the room was exceptionally clean and boasted a wonderful shower to refresh myself after a long day out. Although the street was busy, I was able to get a peaceful night's sleep. the only issue was the temperature control. Unfortunately, I had to keep the window open, which meant I was exposed to pollution from the nearby construction site.

Room was clean and shower was nice. the staff was helpful and kind. the hotel was in a great location - close to shopping and dining options.

The breakfast was not worth the extra cost and the temperature in the room could not be controlled. our room had a constant smell of smoke and we were uncomfortable with the unhealthy air quality outside.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially those in the morning shift at the reception counter. They went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service. Additionally, the room was spacious and well-maintained. we were very pleased with the cleanliness and facilities of this hotel.
